Trendy 2BR Plus Family Getaway | Suite 4

Positive: Fantastic stay! It is so convenient for attending an event at Fenway (walking distance!) and the apartment was incredibly modern and clean, within a beautiful building on Beacon Street (lots of great amenities and close to T stations). We liked having our own kitchen and more amenities than staying in a hotel room. Check-in was super easy and convenient with the door/room code. Thanks for a great experience!

Not the best stay. Positive: Nice Looking, Clean and the only reason they’re getting the 3 star rating. Negative: The AC was out our first day there and they fixed it the next (yes the weather was warm). Plus we had a water leak coming from the ceiling and they never did anything about it, so we had to a pot and towels where the leak was coming from (they brought us new towels the next day). The person staying above was heavy footed and stomping most of the night at 1am till about 2:30 am both nights we were there. I talked to the company about refunding us for one of the nights at least and they agreed to that but never sent me my refund (even after contacting them a few times).

This place was a perfect choice for my family visiting Fenway Park this summer Positive: The location was perfect right by Fenway Park. The owner was very communicative and made things easy for us to get into the apartment. Negative: The space was perfect for a family. There’s nothing that I disliked.
